Company Vision

January 2021

In early 2021, we saw an opportunity in the macro energy industry to capitalize on under-invested, conventional assets specifically along the Gulf Coast where many operators were exiting and / or focusing on shale developments elsewhere.

First Acquisitions

December 2021

Lucky Lad acquired our first two acquisitions in both South Texas and in Louisiana. These assets were acquired at favorable valuations and have developed a base of production to build upon.

Growth and Opportunity

March 2022

Acquired a large package of assets both producing and with significant upside. This acquisition set us up well to build our production base and create long-term plans for development across a wide area of the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. Lucky Lad is now positioned to grow and develop a significant base of operations in many areas.

Continued Growth

December 2023
Throughout 2023, we have focused on adding strategic bolt on opportunities as well as returning inactive wells to production. In December 2023, we added a Louisiana package that will bring our total daily production to approximately 200 bopd and 500 mcfd.
